Privacy policy

1. What we collect. Your sign-in identity (name, email, and the account and tenant ids your sign-in provider gives us); your workspace and its members; the files you upload and the values you confirm; the families and renders we generate; your credit balance and purchase history; and an evidence log of sign-ins, acceptances, purchases, builds, downloads and support actions, each with the time, IP address and browser.
2. Why we collect it. To sign you in, to build and deliver your family, to charge the right credits, to keep the record that lets us answer a payment dispute, and to find and fix faults. We do not sell personal data and we do not advertise with it.
3. Where it goes. Data stays in Microsoft Azure in the United States. The sheet and photos you upload are sent to Anthropic to be read and to Autodesk Design Automation to build the file, and come back; neither keeps them beyond processing or uses them for its own purposes, under our agreements with them. We may look the product up on the manufacturer's website; we send only the manufacturer, model and category. Your card goes only to Stripe; we keep Stripe's customer id, the last four digits, the card's fingerprint (used only to limit free credits to one grant per card) and the billing name and address Stripe collected. We use WorkOS, Inc. as a processor to sign you in. It receives your email address, your name, and your sign-in history, including the IP address and browser you sign in from. It never receives your families, projects or files.
4. How long we keep it.

5. Who at Estrelis can see it. Estrelis staff can see a workspace's account, balance, sessions, costs and evidence log to support you, and every staff view is recorded on that workspace. Staff never see your card number, and staff cannot read another firm's families except to review a build you asked us to review.
6. Your rights. You can download your families and renders at any time, see your purchase history, close your workspace, and ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold or for its correction. Write to the privacy address below; we answer within 30 days. Deletion requests are honoured except for the accounting and evidence records we keep for the periods above.
7. Cookies. The app uses a sign-in cookie, a security token, and two short-lived cookies that exist only while the sign-in handshake with Microsoft or our sign-in service runs. The public pages set no tracking cookies and load no third-party analytics.
8. Children. The service is for professional use and is not offered to anyone under 18.
9. Changes. This policy carries the same version as the terms, shown at the top of this page. Accepting the terms in the app accepts the policy of the same version; when a new version is published, the app asks you to accept it before new work.
